Who We Hire
Whether you are an experienced oilfield professional or are looking to start a career in oil and gas, we have opportunities for you.
Experienced Oilfield Hires (2+ years in the oil field) – We are an entrepreneurial company at our core. Your success at ClearWell is based on the merit of your efforts and drive.
Entry Level Oilfield Hires (no prior experience in the oil field) – We offer extensive on-the job and classroom training for employees with no previous oilfield services experience. Our mentorship program is designed to acclimate new employees to the industry and how we do things at ClearWell.
Corporate & Field Office (admin and safety positions) – Our corporate and field office operations are the backbone of our business. These employees provide critical support to our field operations so they can perform at the top of their game.
Employment Requirements
Every ClearWell new hire in the field and in the office must:
- pass a pre-employment drug screening
- be eligible to work in the US

Depending on the position, new hires might be required to:
- pass pre-employment screening (background check, driving record, etc.)
- meet a physical assessment test
- have a high school diploma or GED (not required for all jobs)
- be able to perform labor intensive work in harsh enviornments

Interviewing with ClearWell
Candidates who meet job qualifications and experience requirements will be invited for an interview. The goal of an interview is for us to learn how you identify with our values and culture, what you can bring to the role, and how you will fit in with our team. We often use behavioral interviewing techniques, so be prepared to provide specific example of how you handled or behaved in particular situations. Remember, the inverview is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about ClearWell.
