Doug "Mud" Rogers (Senior Vice President, Corporate Sales & Marketing) has over 40 years of industry related expertise from the oilfield service side to the drilling contractor. He joined ClearWell Dynamics in 2022 as Vice President, Corporate Sales and Marketing, driving sales and marketing strategies forward.
Prior to ClearWell, Mr. Rogers held executive leadership positions with Basic Energy Services, Patterson - UTI Drilling Company, Ambar Lonestar Fluid Services, Permian Servicing Company, and Zia Drill/Nova Mud. Mr. Rogers graduated with a B.A. degree from Eastern New Mexico University.
