Jonathan Howell

Jonathan Howell has over 15 years of dedicated experience working in the energy service industry. Throughout his career, Jonathan has been instrumental in enhancing safety standards, implementing training programs, and developing efficient operational procedures that prioritize employee well-being and regulatory compliance. Prior to ClearWell, Jonathan served as Asst. Director - HSE for Pioneer Energy Services Well Servicing Operations. Jonathan is a member of the Energy Workforce and Technology Council’s Safety Committee and has a passion for providing a safe and rewarding place to work for the hard-working people of the energy industry. Mr. Howell holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Education from Texas A&M University.
