Kerry McDonough joined ClearWell Dynamics, LLC in 2022 and serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management. Prior to ClearWell, Mrs. McDonough was the Sr. Director of Human Resources for LyondellBasell, Vice President of Human Resources for ProPetro Services, Inc, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for Energy XXI. Mrs. McDonough earned her Master of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University and her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston.
