Tommy Taylor

Tommy Taylor is an accomplished executive in the oil and gas industry with a wealth of experience in plugging and abandonment operations. Beginning his career in 1982 in his family-owned business, Taylor Tubular, Mr. Taylor has honed his skills in all facets of P&A operations and has developed an extensive knowledge of downhole operations specific to the plugging and abandonment business. He is well-versed in the rules and regulations governing plugging and abandonment operations at both the state and federal levels, and has demonstrated expertise in plugging operations in Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.
Mr. Taylor’s professional experience includes leadership roles at Tetra Technologies, S.P.A., and Basic Energy Services, where he served as Sales Manager, Vice President and General Manager, and Director of P&A Services, respectively. He has also held the position of District Manager for the Gulf Coast region and Director of P&A Services. Currently he is working with Clearwell. A graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in finance, Mr. Taylor brings a unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen to his role.
